Design & Selections

To make the process easier and more cohesive, Sords Construction offers access to an in-house designer who can help guide your choices and bring your style together.

Budget & Scheduling
After plans and selections are finalized, we establish a clear project budget and construction schedule. Our goal is to give you a realistic understanding of costs, timing, and milestones before work begins. We believe transparency at this stage builds confidence throughout the rest of the project.

Construction Phase
